If R56C4 and thus R8C3 are 6, the 10-omino still has room, and the 3-, 4-, and 5-omino in R2-6, C1-4 have three possible configurations. On the other hand, if R7C4 and thus R23C3 are 6, the 10-omino has a bit of wiggle room. There might be 2's at R3C89, or there might be a 1 at R4C7, R7C6, R8C7, or R9C3.
There are a couple fixes, though. I think the one that fits with your intended resolution is changing the 10's to 11's.
