I guess this was a good attempt--I like the break-ins with the 3's at R5C1 and R6C10--but there are more than eight solutions. (I haven't exhausted all the possibilities.)
If the 2-island at R4C9 goes to the left, there's one solution. But if it extends up, there are two solutions, with the ambiguity residing in R12 with the 2's. If it extends to the right, then the 3 in R2C10 joins the fray and helps to introduce five new solutions. And if it has the gall to point down... well, all bets are off.
