LIliTS - easy

This is a new puzzle(33rd new variation/classic from me i think).Looks a bit similar to LITS.I am not sure if the title is good enough.

Rules: Place a 3-cell or 4-cell polyomino in every outlined region. In the end,all black cells must be interconnected to form a wall of contiguous cells.Figures of same size cannot share an edge.No 2x2 square can have all black cells. The wall cannot occupy cells having an 'x'.

  1. I like the rules. But I don't think the puzzle is solvable yet.

Just to be sure, "Figures of same size cannot share an edge" means LITS will only touch li, and li will only touch LITS, right?

  2. Never mind. I messed up somewhere around the bottom, but I've solved it now.

I just hope a puzzle can be made without requiring an X. That's a pretty obvious afterthought.

  3. Hmmm...I know, and I had already done my second example soon after posting this one.I didnt want an X going into my first example either.Could not avoid it.
also, when i write down an instruction set for a puzzle,i prefer to put down only as much as required, and leave the implied things.
