I liked this puzzle when i found it first on a blog.
Rules: Place digits 0-3 such that every row.column contains each digit exactly once.If a cell has an arrow,it indicates that the arrow is pointing to as many digits as the digit written in that cell.
Putting the 3s was too easy, but I liked the end of the puzzle.
