Puzzle 336: Skyscrapers and the Neighbours

This is a new skyscrapers variation.

Rules: In addition to regular skyscraper rules, for every pair of orthogonally adjacent skyscrapers, if both are visible and the arithmetic difference between them is equal to 1, then both are counted twice. No skyscraper is counted more than two times in the same direction, even if it pairs up with more than one consecutive number along that direction.
