Puzzlerium Tour: Heyawake (Trapped)

This wasn’t explored until now to the best of my knowledge, so don’t know if I can claim originality. Nonetheless this a variation often tried on other puzzles.

Theme: Clueless

Rules: Shade in at least one cell in each of the bold outlined regions so that all of the unshaded cells are connected orthogonally in a single group. Shaded cells may only be diagonally adjacent. Unshaded cells are not allowed to span more than two regions in any straight line.
