Theme: Mesh
Rules: Divide the grid along the gridlines into some regions, and fill each of the empty cells with a number. When two cells containing the same number touch along an edge, they must belong to the same region. Given numbers represent the area of the region they belong to. A region may contain none, or one or more of the givens.
Every number has to be able to reach the edge of the grid through other numbers of the same value.
