Star Battle

The suffering and chaos is greater than what the disturbing visuals might suggest. The most heart-breaking visual perhaps comes from war-torn Syria where two girls, both presumably aged under 10, were found wedged in the remains of their bed and concrete for two nights, with little or no leeway.

Rules: Place stars in some cells such that each row, column and bold outlined region contains two stars. Cells with stars cannot be adjacent to each other, not even diagonally. Shading of some cells is there for thematic reason alone.
