This is "one per row/column" fillomino renamed to a better(really?) sounding one.The new restriction on the classical version was (as he says with an element of doubt) introduced by anderson on his blog, the url of which looks like a substring of possibly one of the earliest(or even current)passwords of his email.
Nice interaction between the 9 and 16. But there's an ambiguity with the 2 and 7 in the lower-left corner, so the puzzle currently has two solutions.
ReplyDeleteYes, i knew that. Its not fixable without breaking symmetry of clue positions.
ReplyDeleteWhat you did with the variation here was really cool. :)
ReplyDeleteI especially liked how there was only one possible place to put the 1 among the 9 and 16, after finding that there was only one possible place to put the 1 with the 6 on the left side.
I did hope you would like it..thanks.I did my first No rectangle fillomino (pfff really hard to name these) at the same time. Will post it soon.
