I found all the stars, but only four L's and three I's. The three uncertain tetrominoes have cells in R7C3, R7C5, and R10C6.
Correct,R7C4 shouldnt have belonged to the region with the given star.Fixed now.
Unfortunately, there are more solutions now, some with a star at R7C4. Is it still just one star per row/column/region?
