Puzzlerium Tour: One of its kind (Regions)

Rules: Draw a single, non-intersecting loop, vertically or horizontally through the centers of the cells. The path of the loop passes through each of the given circles and makes a 90 degree turn in each circle.  Furthermore, the letter 'L' indicates that the lengths of the portions of the loop on either side of the given circle, extending as far as before the loop turns, add up to what is greater than that for any of the other circles in the corresponding row, column, or outlined region. 'S' indicates that the sum is the smallest. For all circles in the same row, column, or region without a letter, the sum could be anything except the largest (but less than the largest) if 'L' is given in that row or column, or the smallest (but greater than the smallest) if 'S' is given, or between the largest and the smallest if both are given.

About: "One of its kind" was invented by Anurag Sahay.
